Weirs
We assess alternative approaches and design weirs as part of new flood risk management schemes and prepare refurbishment and maintenance plans for existing structures. Pumping stations

Reservoirs
Our experience includes the design of a number of embankment dams for flood storage reservoirs, in accordance with the 1975 Reservoirs Safety Act. We recently designed flood storage reservoirs for three locations in North East Scotland. We also assess the likelihood and potential implications of failure of reservoir embankment dams, including numerical hydraulic modelling of the resulting flood inundation.
