CDM Coordinator services 
Our extensive experience on a broad range of projects and our close working relationship with the Health & Safety Executive place us in an ideal position to provide advice on the interpretation and application of the Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations on your project using our CDM Services.

Haskoning UK CDM Services include:

Pre Construction Phase

  • provide advice on the application of the CDM Regulations 
  • undertake the CDM-Coordinator role 
  • ensure co-ordination and co-operation between designers 
  • submit the initial notification to the HSE 
  • advise on relevant project information 
  • prepare and issue Pre-Construction Information

Construction Phase

  • undertake the CDM-Coordinator role 
  • ensure co-ordination and co-operation between designers, including designers appointed by the Principal Contractor  
  • submit additional notification to the HSE  
  • advise on the suitability of the Construction Phase Plan  
  • carry out construction phase audits 

Health & Safety File

  • advise on the relevance of information for incorporation into the Health & Safety File 
  • ensure the health and Safety File is prepared and delivered to the Client at the end of each project 
  • preparation of the Health and Safety File

Supplementary Services

  • assess and give advice to the Client or Principal contractor on designer’s and/or contractors; competence and provision for health and safety compliance with the ACoP
